Check on your Repair Status

All returns of merchandise and repairs should be sent to the above address only, and/or must be accompanied by a return form and/or receipt showing the date of purchase. All electronic flash heads and power supplies have a 2 year warranty. Reflectors, batteries and accessories have a 90 day warranty. Flash tubes, glass domes and modeling lamps have a 30 day warranty. Warranty period applies for normal use. Hensel equipment that is misused or shows signs of impact damage, will not be covered under warranty.

Customers pay for warranty repair shipments to our repair facility, Danielle Inc will repair the product and ship it back at Hensel's expense UPS ground at no charge. If customers want faster return shipment they may do so at their own expense.
